If I have Avg PC Tuneup and Kaspersky, will they conflict?

Hello,

My degragmenting software sucks and I want to make my computer a little faster so I'm getting avg pc tuneup. I have kaspersky internet security for about 170 more days and I wanted to know since both programs are from 2 different security companies, will they conflict?

None of the PC speed up software do anything useful. Just use the windows defrag and don't have a lot of stuff running in the background from toolbars and utilities. If AVG is not the anti-virus, should not have any issues with running it though.
