If I open my fb account with phone number only without email but if i lost the number and some one is using it then how will

I open my fb account through phone number only by accident I lost my sim card so now I'm not able to log in my account because my password has been changed by someone. He or she is using my account right now, my question to all is how will I able to change my password without that number.

We can't help you with password questions. Contact Facebook support. Also contact your phone provider to shutdown that sim card and get a replacement with your number ported over.
