if my phone runs off verizon towers why cant i get a text message history that i need

I need a text an call log history straight talk does not do it an if I am on Verizon towers then why can't I receive them from veriozon

Did you ask Verizon? You're not paying Verizon for service but Straight Talk. Verizon only leases the tower to them, they have nothing to do with supporting your service. It would be like having Toyota support the warranty on your Pontiac Vibe because it's based on a Toyota car.
