Solved! I'm having problems setting my Acer laptop back to factory settings its stuck on 1 per cent

My laptop been stuck on 1 per cent for ages

what version of windows?

How big are hard drives? if they over 1tb it might take a while to clear them.

Is there any sign of life? I would leave it 12 hours or so and see if it changes.
