Image scales down after i transfer it into my pc. Help

I am looking at picture that i just took and its resolution is 1944x2592 but when i transfers this or any image on my computer it scales down to maybe 400x500 or less.

What is problem,can someone help me ?

How are you transferring the image? The email and text message features usually scale the image down to reduce file size/data use. You should be able to use the micro-USB cable to connect it to your compute and transfer the images directly at full resolution.
