Information on this Tablet (I dont know much

I am getting my mother her first tablet (late Christmas gift). I got her Nexus 7 but her eyes were too bad for it. Anyway looking around the internet tonight I found this. It seems like extremely good price and in price range. Was wondering if it was actually a good deal? I don't know much as I said and found very little info on it on the internet. What is the downside lol? If its decent one I might get one myself.
