Inspiron 1545 Webcam upgrade from my inspiron withot built in webcam

Hi guys, I was wondering whether or not I could buy spare parts like the bezel around the screen edge the cable to connect the webcam to the motherboard etc and if it would be compatible with my inspiron, was a little disappointed it wasn't the right model so ive already upgraded the ram and cpu and would really like a webcam, any help would be appreciated...Thankyou!

In THEORY you could but in practice you would NEED the other motherboard....

Much easier to just clip on a Logitech Webcam... plus they will be HD as well... built in webcams are rubbish (resolution wise)
