Hello. A laptop of a family member used to be working yesterday, suddenly today it had this error.
What happened? Nobody knows, the laptop didn't have anything "special", it was working normally. It is under warranty even.
The error:
-It shows the Inaccessible_Boot_Device error, aka it can't find the hard drive.
-I tried Automatic Repair and I couldn't do anything, it couldn't find the C: DRIVE. It showed X: instead.
-I ran Dell diagnostics and it couldn't find the hard drive either, it said "Hard drive" not installed.
What you guys think it happened? I hope the hard drive didn't die or something.
