Installed Equalizer APO and now discord wont detect microphone input

I literally just installed equalizer APO, due to my headset's mic being very soft, headset is the Logitech g633 via USB, and i created a config file for the mic and increased the amplification on the mic, and tested it on discord, but wont detect input, it recognizes that the mic is there, just doesnt detect sounds. So then i delete the config and disable it, and still no detection, so i uninstalled and it works, but microphone still very very soft.

The original problem "headset's mic being very soft" may be due to something else other than the need for equalizer APO.

Right click the small speaker icon most likely located in the lower right screen corner.

You can go into either "Troubleshoot sound problems" or "Playback devices".

There are numerous Windows, tab, and properties that affect audio.

Are you sure that your sound card supports APOs?

How can I check whether my sound card supports APOs?
My onboard soundcard is the Realtek® ALC887

Hopefully the sound card specifications would list any included support even if minimal or restrictive.

I googled the following: "APO realtek alc887 specifications".

Found a variety of links but none that provided any evidence that your Realtek ALC887 supports APO.
