Installed MuseScore (music composition software - free)

MuseScore audio works fine, but my youtube videos stopped having audio after a couple of days of having static. how do I fix my audio settings on my dell laptop windows 7 so I can hear everything?

Are your audio levels turned down in the system tray > over on the right hand side of the screen.

There should be a audio level bar for Internet Explorer (being youtube)
and another for MuseScore.

One of these sounds to be like it's lowered, is it ever since you installed this software that the youtube videos have stopped having sound?

Dear "The C"
When I click the speaker in the lower L tray
That speaker is on all the way
When I click "Mixer" on the bottom of that little screen
Device Speakers, Application Speaker and mic all turned up to high
When I click on Device, it says that it is enabled
IDT high definition audio CODEC -
Application Speakers - the little screen comes up with the sound tab showing
and there is a place for "test" at the bottom of that tab screen..... doesn't work
and, the screen is set on windows default

I called my tech and was told the installation of "MuseScore" software
probably changed some of my sound settings.
He can't look at my computer till next week......

Yes, you are right
All the youtube video's audio bars were turned off
I guess that means I can't use MuseScore and the internet at the same time
Well..... I will try to make that work
