Installer after Clean Install of OS

I'm having a hard time trying to find the name of the website that lets you download an installer that installs whatever programs you want to install. This is usually used after a clean install of a windows os and installs such programs as iTunes, WinRar, Adobe Reader, Firefox, etc. that you might want on a new computer.

I tried to search online for it but came across SPI, but there was one that was featured by tomshardware.com
