Interested in Netbooks - suggestions?

Today I had decided that I wanted to get an e-Book reader, but I went to BestBuy to browse their selection and thought I might just get a netbook instead, so I left and came home to do some research before making any decisions.

I'd probably use the netbook for:

-reading books
-browsing the internet(both on the go and next to my desktop while in fullscreen games)
-learning html
-portable storage device

Mostly basic things. I would prefer something fast(hopefully 2gb ram) with decent hard drive room. Budget is $300 or a little higher(probably max $350)

I was hoping someone could suggest me a few models, from Newegg preferably. Thanks!

"Out of stock" =\ I'm looking to purchase within the next day or two. Amazon is also a website I don't mind buying from.

Edit: although the exact same model is available in white and blue, for 10 and 20 dollars more, respectively.
