Internet button not working

OK ive got a problem with my inter icon or somthing. one day i was on the internet closed it out and went to go get on later and when i click on the icon it doesn't do anything. so i tried clicking on different icons like the start menu internet the one i have on the blue ar at the bottom none would work everything else work except the internet. but when u restart the computer i can open the internet up only once then it wont let me open another one until being restarted again...any ideas how to fix this?

any help is appreciated



oh yea. I i have windows xp, and firefox as my internet. Explorer still works but i dont like explorer as much as firefox

I would find where the firefox.exe is located (usually C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe) and try opening from there. If it works, right click and say "Send to Desktop (Create Shortcut)" and that should get you working again. Other wise you may just need to reinstall Firefox
