Internet connection problem

I've gotten 5 s galaxy , but unfortunately Internet connect is not on yet even my simple mobile still active

Hello, did you try insert your sim card to any other smarthphone and try your internet?
If you did than try to call your telecom provider and tell them about your trouble maybe they can help you with the fix.
I own galaxy s5 and I didnt had any trouble with internet connection.
