internet without computer

My mom has phone service thru century link. She has no computer, so no WIFI.
She has a young person staying with her now, and because of her location, person can't use her smart phone.
Any suggestions??

You don't need a computer for internet, but you can't just get it with only phone service. If there is no cell data that is usable, she needs to order internet service from a company that offers it in your area. Another option if you know your neighbors and are near enough to connect to their WiFi signal, she can ask them if this person can use their connection.
