IOS devices, Safari: Excel format fileis mostly blank except for a few columns of correct data

When i open Excel file which generated from my java based web application in IOS devices some columns are blank. Can you please help me with this? Is there any existing issue with IOS devices with Excel files ?

What do you have installed to read the file? Just the web browser? If that's the case, then it likely just can't read the format it's in, Java is not supported on iOS. JavaScript is, not Java.
