[citation][nom]john15v16[/nom]@wildkitten & techcuriousThe "study" is prevaricating as well as this articles title very misleading...that's why educated individuals are commenting negatively on it...[/citation]
The study is pointless, no one is saying that. My amazement is in people thinking that the article says that the Iphone 5 and S3 account for 100% of all web traffic when nothing in the article says that whatsoever.

People have given John15v16 20 thumbs up when his comment clearly shows he didn't ready the article. The article says....
results of a study on web traffic volume between the two smartphones
What this means, is of the amount of traffic these 2 models are repsonsible for, the iPhone does 56% (based on an admittedly idiotic premise) while the S3 does 44%. No where does the article say that only these 2 model phones constant 100% of ALL cell phone web use.

Let's say for example that combined the S3 and iPhone account for 10% of all web browsing on cell phones. Of that entire amount of 10%, the iPhone does 56% of that amount.

[citation][nom]john15v16[/nom]Really?...What kind of data mining statistic is this where only two phones can make up 100% of the traffic data?!? I question the validity of such a study.[/citation]

Read above. It says the study was conducted between two smartphones.

In case you *still* don't get it, this meant they discard any results that aren't either of those two.
