I was wondering if anyone could help me fix a problem with my phone, i used this forum for pc trouble i had and got great helpp so i was wondering if anyone knows what's wrong with my phone.
i cracked the screen a while back so i stopped using it, it was sat in my chest of drawers for a good 12 months without charge, ive decided i want to start using it again but everytime i put it on charge, the symbol for a dead battery comes up but after a few hours the apple logo would appear as if it was booting up then it would go straight back to the dead battery screen, i've tried turning it on with the homescreen and power button but no luck! any ideas??
