iPhone keeps shutting down when trying to restore

I failed a JB with ios7 evasion. The first time it recovered easy, now it just turns off just before itunes is done extracting..... Please help, iphone 4 16gb windows if you need any more info let me know

Sounds like your bootloader may be corrupted. Are you under warranty still? Or Apple Care? Take it to an Apple store if you are.

It's not under warranty but it has stopped turning off. Still cannot get it to recover however. I get error 3194 now.
