Iphone lci is white but still won't turn on?

I have taken out the SIM card and the LCI(Liquid Contact Indicator) is white. White means it doesn't have water inside, but I did drop it into a swimming pool. Help? It still won't turn on. Suggestions I can do? I don't wanna pay another $600 for a phone I haven't even owned for atleast 2 months! >;(
