2. the Z5 compace HAS a fingerprint scanner (also its price in not up to date, its much cheaper now)

The US version of the Z5 does not have a fingerprint sensor, and the prices were up to date as of 3/21.

the us version which is sold on amazon and bh photo do have fingerprint sensors. you also need to make note that the z5 compact is water resistant, highest rating among all phones.
