I was very displeased with this service. I don't know if Demetri does the repairs or lets someone else do them, but he and his people are incompetent. His operation is sketchy and he won't give a receipt. I will be filing this comment elsewhere on the web.

OK, if I'm going to slam one place, I should offer an alternative. After my unpleasant dealings with NYC Ipoddoctor, I found another place I liked much better: Just Ipod Repairs @ 328 8th ave (bet 26th and 27th street) did ok by me.
