Will the iphone 4 charger work on an ipod nano 4th gen?

Not only will the charger work, so will the cable.

The Nano doesn't draw much power so can actually even charge from a 0.5A charger. This is good to know because Apple's method of signalling to the charger that it can take more amperage will not work with Android compatible chargers so they can never ramp up to 1-2A. The iPhone 4 charger is 1A and can deliver the full 1A to the Nano
