Hi,
I have an ASUS K401LB laptop, and already upgraded it to 12GB RAM max. As I upgraded it I noticed that my laptop (K401LB) has a mSATA on board with 24Gb SSD installed.
Is it possible to upgrade the said mSATA SSD to a higher capacity e.g. (256GB) and install my OS there? Or the on board mSATA is only dedicated for caching?
Because if the K401LB on board mSATA is dedicated for HDD caching only I will ditch my plan on buying a higher capacity mSATA SSD and just replace the 2.5 HDD with an SSD.
