is geforce 820m good to run gta 5?

If it does work, which this and other videos suggest, you'll need to carefully TWEAK the game settings to ensure it works well.

I would aim for about 30 to 40FPS average. Maybe even try Geforce Experience which attempts to optimize for 40FPS, VSYNC OFF. Just click that and see how it works, then adjust from there.

Other people have said at these specs it frequently STUTTERS however I can't verify that.

Considering games with lesser requirements wont run well or at all with playable fps I doubt GTA V will be playable/enjoyable.
