Processor Model: A10-8700P with Radeon R6 Graphics
Cores:10 Compute Cores (4 CPU + 6 GPU)3
GPU Model: AMD Radeon R6 Graphics
Frequency: 1800
Memory: 12GB
Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Hard Drive Size: 1TB
so is it good for gaming, even on medium settings ?

It would be pretty good at 720p and at least decent at 1080p.
