Is it possible I have malware?

I clicked on a link for a game thinking it would just take me to a post and it took me to a log in screen for the game. It looked odd so I check the site on Sucuri and it said it was malware infected. I didn't enter any information on the site I just closed it and delete my temp internet files and the cookie for it. I did a full scan with Windows Defender and downloaded Malwarebytes and did a scan with it and both said no Malware was found. Is it still a possibility that I have Malware such as a keylogger or another other kind? I'm really worried about my personal info. I did have windows defender running when I clicked on the link and I was using google chrome.

Highly, highly unlikely. You took all reasonable precautions. If you've have logged in or downloaded/installed something, then it's more likely.

As you didn't, sounds like you're fine.

Just looks like adware trying to scam you into downloading a file.
