I'm going to study B.Arch(Architecture) where there are plenty of graphics rich software like AutoCAD, Revit etc. For that I have decided to buy a Dell Inspiron 5547 with Intel core i5(4th Generation) Processor, 2GB of AMD ATI Radeon R7-M265 graphics and 4GB of RAM(Which can be extended further). Is it a good choice as my budget is a little tight?

Yeh 8GB of system memory and a SSD.

If you using network storage, only a 100Mbit network port, although it does have AC Wifi.

That sort of software often tends to demand specific cards, such as NVidia Quadro or AMD FirePro. You might be able to get away with a good mainstream graphics chip, but you should do a little research on the software you intend on using before buying a system so that you don't end up stuck with something that is insufficient or incompatible.
