Hello, i have a notebook spin 7 with a 1TB HDD. Is it upgradable to a 500GB SSD? if so which one should i get?

Yes you can upgrade it to a 500GB SSD, I'd say you're probably going to want an SSD with a SATA interface, it'll drop right into place of the HDD.
