is laptop and desktop processor are same if so can we put pc processor in laptop

You cannot.

There are very very few laptops with that CPU and they are specifically built to handle the heat and power needs of the i7-6700K, which is a desktop processor.

the 5200U the U stands for Ultra meaning it's designed to be cool, energy efficient which is design for smaller cases and mobile devices. Some high end gaming laptops will have desktop processors but they are designed with better cooling, they are usually heavy because they are in large cases with lots of air flow.

Unfortunately laptops are limited in upgradability. Most of the time you can upgrade Ram and HDD / SSD only
