Is my CPU good enough to run CS: GO

I already know that most of my computer is good enough to run CS but I do not know about my CPU.
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3700 @ 1.60GHz

It says on systemrequirementslab that i can't run it but some of my friends have older computers and can run it.

Here's a video of CSGO being played on a laptop with the Pentium N3700 and the Intel HD (Braswell) graphics core. The video has been recorded with an external recorder meaning the laptop is not used to play and record the game at the same time. That means you are seeing the actual performance.
