Is my Vive fried?

I was plugging in all my base stations and the headset into the same power outlet and it caused a surge, now all the sudden steamvr will not detect my headsets monitor and the light on the side is red, after having a vive for a year I have never encountered this. Do I need a new headset?

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling steamvr... Also of course, try unplugging everything and plugging it back in... The red light, where is that?
