Is Nokia Lumia 1020 still good for phone camera ?

I am using Samsung note 2 and i am happy with it .But recently i am feeling like i should have good phone camera so I can click memorable photos as I am not happy with note 2 camera(i need dslr quality pictures ) .
I saw Nokia Lumia 1020 getting in half priced as mrp (used) .its just for camera purpose don't need to compare specs .any suggestions ?

Based in the description, you should get it. The 1020 may still be the best camera ever put on a smartphone. If you don't mind the dull Windows app ecosystem, you won't be disappointed.
