Is Norton Power Eraser a good anti virus

It claims to get rid of viruses that are undetectable by most anti virus softwares. But strangly the regular Norton has a price, and why would they give out the power eraser for free?

Is there something better at no cost?

windows 10 already has virus software included called windows defender. as for windows 7 you can download windows security essentials for free. both of them are just as good as any other free virus scanner out there
