Is someone tring to record me or does that person have me tapped?

I have never had this problem before and never has happened to me with any other persons message's they have left me on my phone.I was getting calls and would not answer that person, but when ever i did and would go to hear what they wanted,it tells you the time they called,then it tells you the number it came from ,then gives you the message they have left,it is the same number they are calling from that has the same greeting when you call it?

No clue what your issue is here, my voice messages always tells me the time and date and number of the caller if the caller ID picks it up. Nothing odd happening at all.
