Is the Asus Vivobook S410UN the same as X411UN?

We recently purchased a new Vivobook S410UN at the mall, however since it was really slow we decided to check the specs. Upon checking via dxdiag, it stated that the model is X411UN.

We searched for X411UN and it seems a slower machine altogether but they look quite the same.

Can someone please enlighten us?

They seem similar, the X411UN seems to be a local model to Philipines, maybe some other areas near there. Was this an un-opened box? What did the labels on the box and system say? The models may be pretty much the same with core specs just slightly different setups based on area.

Hi there! Okay, well the sticker on the laptop says 'S410U,' and on the receipt it says Asus Vivobook S14 S410UN EB154T.

I plan to visit the store again but just making sure first, thanks!

So sticker and receipt match, don't really see an issue. You can check with ASUS support and in the BIOS also to see what the model is, it may be listed there.
