is there a MS testing software?

I want to check the millisecond my clicks register to my monitor. I have been experiencing input lag and want to test my gear out.

You need special equipment for that - a sensor which will detect the "click" of your mouse (that involves hacking your mouse), and another sensor which will detect "something changed on the screen".

No software-only solution you can trust on.
