Is there another way to restore my computer w/o the system restore progam?

Hello,
a while back i accidentally deleted the 2003 microsoft office pkg. that came with my computer. i wanted to upload back unto my computer so i inserted the microsoft disc that came with my computer. upon turning my computer on i found that my computer had everything erased on it. my photos, files, everything!!! please help! need to find out how i can restore my computer w/o using the system restore option on my computer???

Did you already perform a full reinstall using the original Windows disk? If so, then you cannot recover your files. If this is not the case please explain more what happened.
