Is there any way ( i dont have a mobile device) to transfer the QR code from the actual plastic tag to my laptop?

Right now, i am trying to find out if there is a camera on this laptop. Its a Dell and even at this moment, i notice a small little round camera looking lense thing at the top middle of the monitor, on the top middle plastic that borders the screen. If that is not a camera, is there a way i can get the QR code onto my computer without have to buy a QR code transfer device?

Is there no label with a Service Tag reference of seven mixed characters? Input that at the Support section at your country's Dell website and you'll a list of all the specific equipment that went into your laptop and the drivers that make them work.

If that won't fly, have you a friend with an Android phone? The QR and barcode scanning utilities are free.
