Solved! Is there anyway to reset to default settings without a disk

I have an acer aspire 7741z-4626 and i cant reset the computer. when it tries to start normally windows loads slowly then it says that it could be caused by unplugging a removable device which im nt even sure about. theres an option to push enterbut then it takes me to the start windows normally option or launch startup repair which also does nothing. is there anyway to reset this thing without having the disks.
