Is there Windows Mobile 6.5 Update ?

Hello, I have a windows mobile phone with version 6.5. My question is there update facility available for windows mobile OS like the windows OS for PCs ? If yes then how do I do it ?

Aside from HTC HD2 which can be upgraded to Windows phone 7 via custom ROMs, other Windows mobile 6.5 devices are pretty much stuck and can't upgrade to anything higher.

So you are saying people with lower versions of windows mobile OS are stuck with theirs ?
