Only planning on playing GTA V on this if possible.

The hardware in this system is ~10 years old. The Pentium D series, while Intel's first dual core cpu, was blown away by AMD's competitive FX series of the day.

It would make a good HTPC what you have.

It depends on what your budget is? a $200 budget could make all the difference. But no, this PC will not run GTA V
