I highly doubt it. Curved edges, silver/ metallic border, looks larger and bulkier. Probably an older model, though the camera seems to be in a different shape. It's not the iPhone 5 for sure.

No, this is not the iPhone 5, now the latest is iPhone 4S.
From the shot I think that is a fake! As now the iPhone 4S camera are support 1080p video, HD!
