I want to buy this laptop i wanted to ask that will i be able to play most games in high settings

You won't be able to do gaming at high settings with the nVidia GT 820m. Depending on the game, you will get low-mid settings at 720p.

The acer and asus will do fine in most games but the laptop you posted is not very good for games.
