Is this laptop good for casual gaming and video editing

How will this laptop perform gaming wise and will it be able to handle programs like sony vegas, possibly photoshop aswell as general browsing,

Not that great, gaming wise it will be pretty good at low res. But for photoshop and other rendering programs it will be ok at.

The 8GB RAM is the only thing that catches the eye.
The 8670M can help you play games around 2013 not the current ones like Watchdogs, Arkham Knight etc.
