Is this laptop okay for heavy gaming?

I was looking for a (cheap) gaming laptop that would be okay to play games like Skyrim, the Sims 4, and World of Warcraft on. Would this one be good?

For heavy gaiming - no but a lot of games playable at 1366x768 medium quality.
