Is This Laptop RAM Compatible?

My mother needs a new laptop, for a fairly low amount of money and i was thinking the ASUS K55N-DS81, the only bad thing was that it has low RAM and I was wondering if this RAM is compatible with the laptop.

G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Laptop Memory Model F3-10600CL9D-8GBSQ

Also is it possible to downgrade it to Windows 7?

It appears as though it needs: Memory Type: DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 (non-ECC)

As far as downgrading to Windows 7 goes you should check the ASUS site to make sure drivers are available for Windows 7 before downgrading.
