Is this Running to HOT ?

Hey all,

Last month I bought myself a MSI GS60 2QE

Yes, I know it's a gaming laptop and they tend to run hot regardless but on Idle when I check the temps

Gpu is at 55c and cpu is around 45-58 .... My knowledge of desktops at this temp is fine but laptops is this normal?

What is the maximum temp when playing games? such as csgo or BF4 ? I get about 70-80 on both

70-80°C is fine for temps under load, they can go up to 90°C. When they hit 95°C I would be starting to worry.

Generally speaking anything above 90 is bad for laptop. 95 is normally when you start having thermal throttling and the fans come on to cool them.
