Solved! Is this the best laptop for college under $800?

I’m looking for a laptop for college must have good battery life and be under $1100 thanks for the recommendations .

I think this is a good laptop because it has a large ssd great battery life with an mx150 4 gb and i7 8th gen U cpu. Also 16 gb of ram 1080p ips panel with thinish bezels I’m just looking for more opinions before I purchase.

How about this one? And then I’ll just buy an ssd and install it or I can take a 240 gb one from my desktop as I’ll be going away for college.

The only negatives of these two are they have worse battery life and weigh more which I guess I should consider since I’ll carry it around all day but idk how much around 2 pounds would make a difference but the g3 with an 1060 for this price seems great.

Wow this one is a steal. Didn't expected a GTX1060 laptop for this price. Just go for it. Also don't forget the SSD. Good luck mate.

The extra weight is worth it. However Dell have a reputation of overheating laptops so do clean your laptop fans every few months.

I would keep in mind weight and size when looking at other suggested laptops, heavy laptops be heavy.
