Is this the best price I'll get for a 17.3'' with a Nvidia GTX 780m? (UK)

I've been doing a lot of shopping around for 17.3'' + 780m laptops (obviously for gaming) and I've found the most competitive prices on PCSpecialist and OCUK. Here's the important specs on the PCSpecialist Skyfire III:

https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/notebooks/SkyFireIII/

Chassis & Display SkyFire Series: 17.3" Matte Full HD LED Widescreen (1920x1080)

Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Mobile Processor i7-4700MQ (2.40GHz) 6MB

Memory (RAM) 8GB SAMSUNG 1600MHz SODIMM DDR3 MEMORY (1 x 8GB)

Graphics Card NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 780M - 4.0GB DDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 11

Memory - Hard Disk 1TB SERIAL ATA II 2.5" HARD DRIVE WITH 8MB CACHE (5,400rpm)

£1,346

I can stretch a little more for a better HDD/RAM etc, but these represent the bare minimum specs I'm looking for. Here's the important specs on the OCUK P170SM:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=LT-022-OE&groupid=959&catid=1828

Display: 17.3" SuperBright LED True HD Display (1920x1080 Resolution)

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096MB GDDR5

Processor: Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Mobile Processor i7-4700MQ (2.40GHz) 6MB

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint M8 1TB 5600rpm HDD

£1,378

So are these the best prices I can hope for with these specs?

8gb Ram is good as 16gb won't make much if any of a difference if anything I'd recommended going with the i7-4800mq for the extra 70 as it's 2.70GHz and will make that extra bit of difference if you can afford it but other than that it's the best laptop for under 1500
The i7-4800mq is benchmark'd at 8,635 ahead of 2600k and the Gtx 780m is benchmarked at 13307 and combined will give you a top quality Gaming laptop for under 1500
